If you need a great nights sleep in a hurry then you’ve come the right place.

So take a look through our bedstead’s, metal beds, leather beds, wooden beds and mattresses categories and you could be having a great night’s sleep sooner than you think.

Please note that we do allow 5% chance of delay due to unforeseen circumstances.

All our deliverers are sent by professional well renowned courier companies, the three major courier services we use areUPS, DPD and Tuffnells.

At Bedzonline we strive to get your goods to you as quickly as possible, we at our organisation put ourselves in our customers shoes and execute all decisions accordingly and one of them is too get your bed to you ensuring a quality restless free night sleep.

Want to track your order not a problem.

After going through the simple step by step procedure of ordering your items, on confirmation you will be provided with a tracking number and a contact number which will enable you to track your order.


We can deliver to all UK Mainland areas please enquire within if unsure.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to AB, EH, FK, G,  KY, ML, TD, ZE, DD, BT, DG, PO, JE, IM, GY, IV, HS, KA, KW, PH, ZE, PA and TD.

We can deliver to Germany and France but this does incur a delivery charge. Please call +44 0800 01 49 680 or email us at [email protected] for a quote and more information.

Delivery is officially to the front door only but Goods may be taken to the room of choice at the driver’s discretion if access is clear.

Most Goods will require some form of assembly and it is the Buyer’s responsibility to assemble the Goods.

Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified on the original order.

Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the Goods have been delivered to the agreed address (Bedzonline do not need to satisfy themselves that the person accepting delivery at the agreed address is authorised by the Buyer to accept the Goods).


In the unlikely event you receive a damage faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team and include as much detail as possible & photos if appropriate. They will look at the best way to resolve the issue.

If you change your mind: If you have simply changed your mind about any item or if it is not suitable for you and you wish to return it, the item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us that you wish to return goods, you have 30 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received, we’ll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.

At Bedzonline we like to keep our customer rest assured, so what we also endeavour to do is supply you with a tracking number and a direct contact number which will enable you to speak to an advisor giving you an up to date live feed on the status of your delivery.
